For those hotter summer days, there is also an Oceans of Fun amusement park, where guest can beat the heat with several water attractions.

If you’re more interested in eating and drinking, check out the Power and Light District, or “P&L” according to the locals. This area stretches for eight blocks and features over 50 bars, restaurants and shops, along with a covered outdoor courtyard where visitors enjoy 130 free events each year.
