Kansas Overview

With a population of over 2 million people, this Midwestern State is ranked 33rd in the Nation. Kansas sits in what is known as “Tornado Alley.” The state has a history which is rooted in the Wild West, from the Great Cattle Drives, to the Outlaws and Cowboys. Kansas is also home to the Wizard of OZ Museum in Wamego. The Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center features the largest collection of artifacts from the Russian Space Program and Apollo 13.

Hike the Flint Hills, shop, or rough it out on a Dude Ranch. Visit for a weekend or a whole week. You will find the state of Kansas a great outdoor adventure waiting to be explored.
